Shipping and Returns

It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It takes up to 2 business days to fulfill orders, then you should add shipping times on top of that as follows:

Canada - Tracking available	~ 10 to 15 Business Days	$10 CAD
Worldwide* - Tracking available	~ 15 to 20 Business Days	$15 CAD

*Shipments outside of Canada may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. IMclimbing is not responsible for possible custom fees and is unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.   

 **Shipping times may vary and these numbers are approximate. It's not a guarantee that parcels will arrive in this time frame. As it is important to us that you will receive your shipment within these time frames, IMclimbing is not accountable for any delays due to unforeseen reasons caused by customs or the shipment company. 

NOTE: We ship worldwide, but some countries in the Middle East, South America, Asia and Russia have much longer delivery times. Brazil and India can be prone to problems from customs and shipping errors. Order at your own risk, IMclimbing does not offer refunds for items lost during worldwide shipping.

WHAT'S UP?	WHAT NOW?
Misprinted/damaged/defective items?	We're sorry, our bad! The error is ours and we will make it right. Misprinted/damaged/defective items can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Should this occur please let us know within 21 days after the product has been received.
Wrong address?	If your package has to be sent back to our fulfilment centre because it couldn't be delivered to your address (wrong address/failure to pick up from your post office etc), the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility. Always double check your order, just like you would do with your knot before climbing.
Wrong size?	Currently each Tank Top or T-Shirt sold online by IMclimbing is printed individually as it is ordered. Because of this, there are no returns for ordering the wrong size. Before placing an order, please follow our sizing chart which is located on each product page, for more sizing information.
Package lost in transit?	For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

2. Wait for our response. We will do our best to reply within 24 hours. We'll provide instructions for the returns procedure.
