How long will it take for my order to ship?

It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It takes approximately 2-7 business days to fulfill orders, since they are printed in Los Angeles individually as they are ordered.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, IMclimbing cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or postal service interruptions.

Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?

Please send an e-mail to shop@imclimbing.com with your order number, name, and new address. Please note that a change of address made after your package has already left our fulfilment facility may not be possible, but we will do our best to get in touch with the carrier.

My business would love to sell your products! Will you wholesale to us?

Who do I talk to about an unwanted, damaged or defective item?

I would really like a particular item, but it has been sold out for several weeks! When will it be re-stocked?

Products are cyclically stocked and restocked, so it is on a case by case basis depending on season and style. If you can’t wait another day longer (we don’t blame you!) please e-mail shop@imclimbing.com and we can get you more information on a specific products’ availability.
